LITERARY TRANSLATION

Translation of Christoffer Petersen’s books
Christoffer Petersen is a prolific writer with novels, novellas, and short stories in several genres. However, before becoming a full-time writer, Christoffer Petersen was a teacher and he spent seven of those teaching years in Greenland. This land and its people greatly influenced his writings and it is no coincidence that he has several book series set there. Through fictional stories, he aims to show a world unknown to most people: Greenland’s way of life and the ways of being a Greenlander. ACPN has been translating:

What Christoffer Petersen says about ACPN: «Working with Ana Catarina has been a fun and exciting process. She brings a level of professionalism to her work that gives me great confidence in the project. At the same time, corresponding with Ana Catarina is relaxed and informative. Ana Catarina has translated two novels of mine already, and we are considering more titles in the future. I can’t recommend Ana Catarina highly enough. If you’re looking for a forward thinking translator for business and/or fiction projects, look no further.»

Translation of Isabella Muir’s books
Isabella Muir has been living a quiet life in Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex, UK devoted to her family and friends. Since she began to write, her life turned into a whirlpool of mysteries to be unravelled and characters who cannot live peacefully until they discover the truth. To write her stories, she takes her inspiration from Agatha Christie and from her research about life after the Second World War. ACPN has been translating:

What Isabella Muir says about ACPN: «It has been an absolute joy working with Ana Catarina. She is such a great communicator, keeping me informed every step of the way through her translation of one of my novels. She is currently translating a second novel for me and I have absolute faith in the end result. I consider myself so lucky to have the chance to work with her and I can’t recommend her highly enough.»
